RPG Maker adult games
RPG Maker games are built with one of the RPG Maker editions, such as VX Ace, MV or MZ. The engine is a staple of Japanese and indie adult RPGs, with tile-based maps, menus and turn-based combat.
Older titles made with VX or VX Ace may need the matching RTP runtime installed if the developer did not bundle it. MV and MZ games are built on web technology, which makes them easier to run on other platforms and to port to Android. Look for a translation note on Japanese releases.
