2DCG covers games drawn in two dimensions: anime-style illustrations, hand-painted CGs, pixel art, character sprites and comic-style panels. It includes a large share of Japanese releases and RPG Maker titles, along with Western visual novels built around one artist's distinctive look.
Because illustrated art is expensive to produce, these games often reuse sprites with swapped expressions and save full-screen illustrations for key scenes. That is normal; what you want is a style you genuinely like and a sense of how many unique CGs the game contains. File sizes are usually modest, which makes 2DCG a good fit for older laptops and phones. Each LustFever page is kept on the latest version and links to the developer, including Patreon or storefront pages where they exist.
