18 U.S.C. § 2257 exemption statement

LustFever is an index of video games. Every game listed on this site is a work of animation, 3D rendering, drawing or other computer-generated imagery. No actual human being appears in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct on this website.

Because the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct, those requirements do not apply to the content listed here.

LustFever does not produce any of the games it lists. It is not a "producer" of any content within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. The games are made and published by their independent developers, who are credited and linked on each game's page.

Fictional characters, all adults

All characters in the games listed here are fictional and are depicted as being 18 years of age or older. We do not list games that depict minors in a sexual context, and we do not list content involving real, identifiable people. Any such listing is removed as soon as we learn of it.
